Change in principles for investor relations

The Board of Directors at Infratek has decided to change the company’s routines regarding disclosure of information to the Oslo Stock Exchange.

As of today the following modifications will be implemented;

• Presentations and webcast regarding quarterly results will no longer be conducted.
• Quarterly shareholder reports will only be released in Norwegian.
• Stock Exchange notifications will only be released in Norwegian.
• Only agreements with a total value of NOK 50 million or more will be announced at Oslo Stock Exchange. The current limit is NOK 15 million.
