Infratek changes group structure from 2014

Report this content

Infratek has merged the business areas Central and Local Infrastructure. Following this the group consists of the business areas Infrastructure and Security.

The group’s infrastructure business is reorganized with fewer levels and with focus on geography and products. This will contribute to clear lines of responsibility and give a cost-effective but adequate level of control. The new organization is effective from 1 January 2014.

The strategic focus on metropolitan areas, central and regional grid customers, railway systems, and increased use of subcontractors, will still be important for the infrastructure business area.

As a result of the changes in the group structure, Alf Engqvist, who has led the business area Central Infrastructure, steps down from the group management. Engqvist takes on the role as division manager within electrical grids in the South West of Sweden.

Amund Kristiansen steps down from the group management and takes on the role as Head of People & Safety within the Infrastructure business area.

Going forward the group management consists of acting CEO and EVP Infrastructure Lars Bangen, CFO Vibecke Skjolde and EVP Security Lars Erik Finne.
