Infratek sells subsidiary

Infratek, with the business area Security, has entered into an agreement with the Safeguard Group regarding the sale of all shares in the subsidiary Eiendomssikring AS.

The Safeguard Group pays Infratek NOK 24.5 million for 100 per cent of the shares in Eiendomssikring AS. The transaction will give Infratek an accounting profit of NOK 5.5 million at group level.

Eiendomssikring is a locksmith company that sells, assembles and carries out service on lock systems and fittings. The company covers both private and business customers in the central part of Eastern Norway. Infratek has the intention of entering into a nationwide partnership with the Safeguard Group within locks and fittings.

The transaction will be carried out provided that it obtains approval from the Norwegian competition authorities.
