Notice of Infratek ASA`s Annual General Meeting 2013 including enclosures are attached.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting with enclosures can also be downloaded from www.infratek.no. The Notice will be sent all shareholders with known address as of 10 April 2013. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company’s head office at Breivollveien 31, 0668 Oslo, Norway, on Tuesday 7 May 2013 at 5.00. p.m. Norwegian time.

The shares are recorded exclusive of dividend on 8 May. The planned date for distribution of dividend is 31 May.
