Sale of subsidiary completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 6 September 2013 regarding the sale of the subsidiary Eiendomssikring AS by the business area Security within Infratek.

The transaction is approved by  the Competition Authorities and completed as of 30 September 2013, and the transaction will be accounted for in the 3rd quarter 2013.
