Innovation Entertainment Announces Remix Contest for Dance/Pop Artist Kwanza Jones
(December 16, 2011 – Los Angeles, CA) Innovation Entertainment, an independent music company based out of Los Angeles, CA, invites all aspiring producers, remixers and DJs to enter the Time To Go remix contest hosted by Kwanza Jones and Innovation Entertainment on SoundCloud.com. The winner will win a cash prize and be included on the Kwanza Jones release, Time To Go – The Remixes, which will feature remixes by platinum selling artist and world renowned club DJ Static Revenger, three-time Winter Music Conference Mix-Off Champion Mixin’ Marc, the internationally known Brazilian DJ Gustavo Scorpio, circuit favorite DJ Alex Cohen, and Korean Electro artist A-ux.
In an effort to include and support talented, international remixers, Innovation Entertainment is currently moderating a remix contest on SoundCloud.com, the world’s leading social sound platform.
Founded in 2007, SoundCloud has quickly become the premiere sound community for recording and uploading sounds, allowing users to easily share their sounds and music both privately and publically to blogs, sites and social networks.
The contest is running until December 31, 2011. First and second prizes are to be announced January 9, 2012. The first prize winner will receive a Five Hundred Dollar cash prize, inclusion of their remix entry on the Time To Go – The Remixes release, and an autographed copy of the compilation, signed by Kwanza Jones. The second prize winner will receive a One Hundred Dollar cash prize, possible inclusion on the compilation, and an autographed copy of the release, also signed by Kwanza Jones.

About Kwanza Jones:
Kwanza Jones established her dance-pop credentials in 2011 with her Billboard charting hit, Think Again, which spent three months on the Dance/Club Play charts. This song signaled the Supercharged sound for Jones, who is known for her never-ending energy and non-stop curves. Born in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving Day, Kwanza exhibited a certain star quality from childhood to present -- often winning beauty and talent contests, including the Miss Baltimore pageant. Being a former track star, her competitive drive was just as strong.
