Two programs filmed at the Billy Graham Library to premiere in September

Indian Land, SC – INSP will present the world premiere of two Gaither Productions specials featuring Christian legends Billy Graham, George Beverly Shea, and Cliff Barrows.  The specials, recorded at the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, will debut in September.

“These may be two of the most unique and memorable programs ever produced by the Gaither organization,” noted Doug Butts, SVP of Programming for INSP.  “They have documented the musical gatherings of many of the greatest legends of southern Gospel music. I’m excited because these programs include special moments with Dr. Billy Graham rarely seen today.”

Butts described how these specials would provide nostalgic and moving memories for thousands of viewers who have been impacted by the many telecasts and crusades that featured these three men. “Audiences will be moved as Cliff Barrows and George Beverly Shea join Bill on stage and once again create sacred moments of worship. They’ve earned the respect and admiration of people at every level worldwide, from common people to heads of state. I believe that audiences will be overwhelmed as they witness the genuine spirit and passion that these men still possess.  We are privileged to be able to premiere these programs for the INSP audience.”

Barry Jennings, president of Gaither Productions, agrees.  “These shows are certain to become ‘Homecoming classics.’  Viewers all across the world, many of whom were forever changed through Dr. Graham’s life and ministry, will enjoy hearing from him again.  Filming this historic conversation with Dr. Graham in his home allowed us to capture anew the wisdom and insight of a man whose worldwide spiritual legacy is unprecedented.”
