Insplorion is allocated MSEK 1.1 through the exercise of warrants

The subscription period for TO1 has ended and the company will be added SEK 1.079.666. The number of shares increases by 93.884.

“We are pleased that our shareholders have chosen to take advantage of the opportunity to convert TO1 into shares. The payment contributes to our investment in the hydrogen and battery sensor segments”, comments CEO Patrik Dahlqvist.

Trading in the warrants takes place, as the company's shares, on Nasdaq First North under the ticker INSP TO1.

The next two subscription periods are as follows:
- Saturday, January 22, 2022 through Saturday, February 5, 2022
- Sunday, January 22, 2023 through Sunday, February 5, 2023

Those who subscribed during the subscription period have now received interim shares. When the registration of the issue has been completed with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, conversion of the interim shares will automatically take place without further notice to the holders.The conversion is expected to take place within about a week from the registration of the issue. The interim shares will not be admitted to trading.

This subscription period leads to that the number of shares and the number of votes in Insplorion will increase by 93.884 to a total of 13.085.944. The increase in share capital is SEK 14.085.60, so after registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office it will be SEK 1.962.892.19.
