Insplorion's management, including the CEO and all of the company's board members, subscribe for their full share of warrants TO1. These shares account for approximately 3.5% of the total number of options and correspond to just over SEK 150,000. With full utilization of all outstanding TO1, the company would be provided with a liquidity of just over SEK 4.5 million. The subscription price is SEK 11.50.

"Over the past year, we have significantly increased the pace and made many advances in our three business areas. The launch of our air quality sensor is in full swing, the battery project is finding more stakeholders and the instruments are selling as the universities manage to get their grants realized. We look bright on to the future and welcome the further acceleration that this liquidity can bring", comments CEO Patrik Dahlqvist.

The subscription period is ongoing and expires February 5, 2020, which means that shareholders who wish to subscribe for their share during this period should contact their nominee as soon as possible.

The issuing institution is Eminova Fondkommision, which is reached on +46 8 684 211 00 or info@eminova.se.

The next three subscription periods are as follows:
- Friday, January 22, 2021 through Friday, February 5, 2021
- Saturday, January 22, 2022 through Saturday, February 5, 2022
- Sunday, January 22, 2023 through Sunday, February 5, 2023

The terms for the warrants are published on the Insplorion website: https://www.insplorion.com/en/investors/arkiv/esgo/.
