Hollywood Production Center sees popular TV series ‘Burn Notice’ wrap up its seven-year series as well as host office space for the 5th Annual Burbank International Film Festival

The critically acclaimed cable series ‘Burn Notice’ wraps up its final season with the last show airing September 12. A large part of the show’s success can be attributed to the production studio where it has been filmed for the past seven years. Since 2001, Hollywood Production Center has met the needs of producers, actors and others through executive office rentals. A variety of producers and directors seek out the facilities and creative skills of Hollywood PC that helped to make ‘Burn Notice’ such a success over the past seven years. Hollywood PC also just hosted this year’s 5th Annual Burbank International Film Festival that ran September 4-8.

With the start of Burn Notice’s last season this past June 6th and continuing through the summer, its season finale is planned to take place on September 12th. After seven productive years of using the executive office space and production facilities of Hollywood Production Center, TVM Productions under the Fox Television umbrella will wind up its prestigious cable series this coming Thursday. The show began its last season on June 6 and celebrated its 100th show on June 13th. Burn Notice, which is a story about a former CIA agent, has been a successful part of USA Network earning critical acclaim.

Also, Hollywood PC provided serviced office space for 5th Annual Burbank International Film Festival’s weeklong awards event. The five day event began on Wednesday, September 4 and continued through Sunday. Various producers from all over the world have competed for awards for their filmmaking prowess. More than 70 independent films will be featured in such genres as feature films by women, thrillers, comedies, foreign language films, short films, science fiction, horror films and documentaries. The event ended with a Closing Night Awards Gala where the winning filmmakers were announced.

Hollywood PC, with some of its facilities located in Hollywood, California as well as Glendale, California, features fully serviced offices for a variety of uses, such as creating movies and television shows. The newest HPC 4 facility contains the LA Mobile Coffee Bar, Brazil Kiss, which was established in the spring of 2012. A convenience for directors, producers and actors alike, Brazil Kiss keeps its tenants satisfied on-set during shoots with Baristas providing a variety of teas, lattes, and Brazilian snacks.

Mindful that this show is likely to continue to draw acclaim, Jeff Wachtel and Chris McCumber pointed out, “As the series draws to a close, it leaves behind an unparalleled legacy as one of the most popular and transformational shows on television.”
