Final result of the repair offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published by Insr Insurance Group ASA ("Insr" or the "Company") on 28 November 2017 regarding the commencement of the subscription period for the repair offering (the "Repair Offering") of up to 5,714,285 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company.

The subscription period in the Repair Offering expired at 12:00 hours (CET) today, 13 December 2017. 1,027,071 Offer Shares were subscribed for at a subscription price of NOK 7.00 per Offer Share. [All subscribers have received full allocation.

Notifications  of  allocated  Offer  Shares  in  the  Repair Offering  and  the corresponding amount to be  paid by each subscriber will be set out in a separate  letter to each subscriber which is expected to be mailed at the latest tomorrow 14 December 2017.

The Offer Shares may not be transferred or traded before they are fully paid and the share capital increase pertaining to the Repair Offering has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. It is expected that the share capital increase will be registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on or about 22 December 2017 and that the Offer Shares will be delivered to the subscribers on or about 22 December 2017.

A related party of Chief Commercial Officer, Cathrine Christiansen, has subscribed for and been allocated 5,052 Offer Shares. Following completion of the Repair Offering, Cathrine Christiansen and the related party will hold 40,317 shares in the Company, and Cathrine Christiansen will hold 50,000 options.
