With reference to the stock exchange notice sent August 28th https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/512383, Insr Insurance Group ASA announces that for the Tier 1 bond with ISIN NO00108344880, interest payments on 07.09.2020 and 07.12.2020 are cancelled. Clause 3.6.1 in the loan agreement for this bond gives the company the option of cancelling interest payments.

For the Tier 2 loan, ISIN NO0010741549, the loan terms (3.5.1) allow deferring interest payments. Deferred interest will not improve the solvency position. As stretched liquidity is not expected, interest will be paid according to schedule.

This notification is also sent to the bonds’ trustee, Nordic Trustee.
