Insr: Cancellation of upcoming interest payment

With reference to the published third quarter 2020 results, Insr Insurance Group ASA announces that for the Tier 1 bond with ISIN NO00108344880, interest payments during 2021 are cancelled. Clause 3.6.1 of the loan agreement gives the company the option of cancelling interest payments.

This notification is also sent to the bonds' trustee, Nordic Trustee.
