Insr: Changes to Board composition

Insr’s Board member Kari Olrud Moen is also Chair of The Norwegian Banks' Guarantee Fund (Bankenes sikringsfond). Possible adjustments to the guarantee fund will prevent also sitting on the Board of an insurance company. Olrud Moen will therefore resign as Board member of Insr Insurance Group ASA.

The resignation does not trigger a need for a general meeting in Insr, as also the remaining Board fulfils all competence and legal requirements.
