Insr: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

The spouse of Insr's Board Member Øystein Engebretsen has today, August 22nd, bought  200 000 shares in Insr Insurance Group ASA at a price of NOK 7.00 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Engebretsen and close relatives hold a total of 3 168 500 shares.
