Insr: Minutes from General Meeting held

Insr Insurance Group ASA today, May 20th, 2020, held an Annual General Meeting.

All proposals to the General Meeting were approved as proposed by the Board of Directors.

A new chairman was elected, Øystein Engebretsen, as well as two new board members, Dr Immo Querner and Nicklas Ward.
