The Board of Directors of Insr Insurance Group ASA hereby convenes an Ordinary General Meeting.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, the meeting will be held digitally only. Shareholders do not need to register in advance to participate, but must be logged in before the meeting starts. Shareholders who have not logged in before the meeting starts will not be able to attend. Shareholders may start logging in 1 hour before the meeting starts.
