Insr: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting October 28th, 2020

The Board of Directors of Insr Insurance Group ASA hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 28th, 2020 at 10:00 (CET).

At Insr’s extraordinary general meeting held October 5th, 2020 an error in the registration of participating shareholders was discovered after the meeting was adjourned. The error had an impact on the voting outcome on the investigation proposed by a shareholder. The investigation is therefore put up for voting on a new general meeting. Apart from meeting formalities, this is the sole agenda item. The Agenda is attached to this notice.

The meeting will be digital. Please find information regarding participation and advance voting in the attached documents.
