Insr Insurance Group ASA - Registration of share capital increase

The private placement of 57,200,000 new shares referred to in previous stock exchange releases (latest on 28 November 2017) has now been completed, and the company's share capital has been increased with NOK 45,760,000 through the issuance of 57,200,000 new shares, with a nominal value of NOK 0.80 each, at a subscription price of NOK 7.00 per share.

Following the share capital increase the Company has a share capital of NOK 96,651,602.40 divided on 120,814,503 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.80.
