Insr Insurance Group ASA - Share capital increase registered

Oslo, October 28th, 2019

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements on October 10th, 2019 and October 22nd, 2019 regarding the NOK 103.7 million private placement (the “Private Placement”) and the approval of the Private Placement by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, respectively. 

The share capital increase pertaining to the 13,468,750 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.80 has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") today, October 28th, 2019, and the Company's share capital has been increased with NOK 10,775,000.00 through the issuance of the shares placed in the Private Placement. The new shares are from this notice tradeable on Oslo Stock Exchange and will be delivered to the investors on a delivery versus payment basis on October 30th, 2019.

Following registration of the share capital increase related to the Private Placement in the NRBE, the Company has an issued share capital of NOK 118,533,812,80 divided into 148,167,266 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.80.
