Alpha Insurance A/S in bankruptcy has today, September 18th, sold 6 300 000 shares in Insr Insurance Group ASA.The resulting ownership of 6 557 142 shares constitutes 4.9% of the total outstanding share capital with corresponding voting rights. This notice is sent by Insr at the request of Alpha.

The issuance of 12,857,142 consideration shares to Alpha Insurance A/S ("Alpha") referred to in previous stock exchange releases (latest on 30 November 2017) has now been completed, and the company's share capital has been increased with NOK 10,285,713.60 through the issuance of 12,857,142 new shares, with a nominal value of NOK 0.80 each, at a subscription price of NOK 7.00 per share. Following the share capital increase the Company has a share capital of NOK 106,937,316 divided on 130,671,645 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.80. Alpha has agreed to a lock-up period of 6 months

Insr Insurance Group ASA – Completion of the Nemi transaction

The acquisition of 100% of the shares in Nemi Forsikring AS from Alpha Insurance A/S ("Alpha") was completed on 30 November 2017. The related issuance of 12,857,142 consideration shares to Alpha is pending registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
