Approval of joint merger plan

Oslo, Dec 21 2017 Reference is made to the stock exchange release published by Insr Insurance Group ASA ("Insr" or the "Company") on 30 November 2017, where the Company announced that the Company's acquisition of 100% of the shares in Nemi Forsikring AS ("Nemi") had been closed. The approval of the acquisition by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority was made conditional upon a merger between Insr and Nemi taking place within 30 May 2017.
