Power When It Matters: Instagrid Presents Reliable Mobile Power Solutions for Emergency Services at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 — GO RESQ and GO MIL
When every second counts, emergency responders need absolute reliability. From 1 to 6 June 2026, Instagrid will present GO RESQ at INTERSCHUTZ in Hannover — a mobile, weatherproof and emission-free power solution developed specifically for the demanding requirements of blue-light organisations including fire brigades, rescue services and disaster relief teams.
The device weighs just 21 kg, can be carried with one hand, and delivers 3.6 kW of continuous power and up to 18 kW of peak power. Thanks to its IP65 certification, Instagrid GO RESQ withstands dust, water and the harshest conditions on site — ready wherever conventional generators quickly reach their limits.
“Instagrid GO RESQ is the biggest innovation for the fire service in the last five years.”
— Joachim Pech, Deputy Head of Technology, Karlsruhe Fire Brigade
The German Red Cross and Malteser are already using the system in live operations — for submersible flood pumps, high-performance ventilators, angle grinders and LED light masts.
Instagrid GO RESQ — At a Glance:
– Portable and robust: one-handed transport, designed for the most demanding operational conditions
– Rapid deployment: fully charged in under 2 hours, intuitive operation with no cable clutter
– Clean and silent: emission-free operation with no noise at the scene
With the RESQ product line, Instagrid reinforces its role as an innovative driver of smart, reliable mobile energy supply. The system gives blue-light organisations the comfort and reliability of grid-quality power in the most demanding operational environments — completely independent of location and infrastructure.
Instagrid GO RESQ is now available in Germany and Austria through distribution partner gfd Fachhändler.
Instagrid GO MIL: Tactical Energy for Security-Critical Scenarios
INTERSCHUTZ will also see Instagrid demonstrate how mobile energy supply for emergency services can be taken further. With Instagrid GO MIL, the company extends its portfolio with a solution designed for tactical and security-critical scenarios. Built on the proven GO platform, the system delivers silent, emission-free and immediately available power even under extreme conditions. By eliminating fuel and moving parts, GO MIL significantly reduces logistical complexity while increasing operational reliability — particularly in complex situations, hard-to-reach locations or where heightened security requirements apply.
The Bundeswehr has selected Instagrid GO MIL as a core component of its new generation of hybridised tactical energy systems. In the 2 kW power class, GO MIL forms a central element of the so-called “Satz 2 kW” system — alongside the Instagrid LINK MIL switching solution and the Zarges TuLB transport solution. This system replaces conventional combustion technologies with a modern tactical energy architecture that increases resilience, reduces fuel consumption and simplifies logistics.
Instagrid GO MIL — At a Glance:
– Silent and emission-free: ideal for sensitive operational environments and covert operations
– Fuel-independent: reduces logistical dependencies and extends operational duration
– Robust and mobile: compact, one-handed carry, designed for extreme conditions
