Acquisition of Lysteknikk Elektroentreprenør AS

Instalco is strengthening its offering of electrical solutions in Oslo with the acquisition of Lysteknikk Elektroentreprenør AS. It is a full-range supplier of services in the electrical area, with specialist expertise in data centres and security.

Lysteknikk has 120 employees and service customers in the area around Oslo and Akershus. For the most recent financial year, the company had sales of approximately SEK 325 million.

Lysteknikk was founded in 1994 and it is currently one of the leading providers of electrical solutions in Oslo. It takes on large projects in both the public and private sectors, along with smaller aftermarket and service assignment. The business is divided into four branches: Projects, Data centres, Service and Security.

The acquisition is conditional, pending approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority. Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Lysteknikk Elektroentreprenør AS during the month of February.
