Instalco acquires prominent company in Borås
Instalco is expanding its heating and plumbing operations via the acquisition of AB Borås Rörinstallationer. The company was established in 1933 and its annual sales are approximately SEK 75 million.
AB Borås Rörinstallationer (ABRI) is a prominent heating & plumbing company with operations focused on both service and contracts. The company is one of the oldest heating, plumbing and ventilation companies in Borås and it currently has 48 employees.

ABRI primarily serves Borås and the region of Sjuhäradsbygden with installation, maintenance and repairs of heating & plumbing solutions and heat pumps. Its main customers, which are found in both the public and private sectors, are municipalities, county councils and property companies. Other customer categories are restaurant chains, co-operative housing associations and private households.

ABRI is owned by Tomas Persson (CEO), Mikael Steiland (Project Manager, Service) and Fredrik Fürst (Project Manager, Contracts). Each will remain in their current role even after the acquisition.
Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in AB Borås Rörinstallationer as of 12 December 2019.
