Instalco acquires Sydsvenska Elanläggningar

Instalco is acquiring Sydsvenska Elanläggningar SSE AB and thereby growing in the area of electrical power. The company has its head office in Blomstermåla, which is in the region of Småland, Sweden and it has annual sales of approximately SEK 100 million.

SSE is a full-range supplier for electrical power and electrical installations, with its focus on the process and engineering industries. The company was established in 1989 and it has around 70 employees.

“With the acquisition of SSE, we strengthen our presence in the region of Småland in terms of both our offering and our position in the industrial area. SSE also has an extensive geographic network, and it is highly specialized in its niche, making it an excellent fit with Instalco,” says Patrik Persson, Business Area Manager for Instalco South.

Historically, SSE has been strong in the lumber and automotive industries and the company’s other customers primarily consist of construction companies, municipalities, county councils and factories. It has customers both in Sweden and other countries. As a full-range supplier, the company offers project planning, design and installation.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Sydsvenska Elanläggningar SSE AB as of 16 September 2021.
