Instalco acquires the Blomquist Group

Instalco is acquiring the Blomquist Group in Bollnäs, Sweden. It has annual sales of approximately SEK 160 million. The Blomquist Group has 80 employees providing services primarily in the areas of heating, cooling and ventilation. Most of its customers are in the region of Hälsingland, Sweden.

The Blomquist Group was established in 2004 and it now consists of six companies. Over the years, it has established itself as a reputable and reliable installation company in Hälsingland

“Blomquist has a large network and excellent reputation in the region. They are a great fit with the Instalco family and will be able to collaborate well with our other companies,” says Johan Larsson, Business Area Manager for Instalco North.

There are also two stores belonging to the Blomquist Group called Bad & Värme. One is in Bollnäs and the other is in Söderhamn. Besides that, the Group has a unit specialized in well drilling.

“We are happy to be joining Instalco and can see many opportunities for developing our business even more,” says Andreas Eriksson and Johan Blomquist, CEO of the Blomquist Group.

Instalco will acquire 100% of the shares in Blomquist Rör AB (including Vågbro Rör AB), Blomquist Ventilation AB, Blomquist Kylteknik AB, Energibrunnar Nord AB (including Gävle Brunnsborrning AB).
