Instalco acquires VentPartner
Instalco expands its ventilation operations with the acquisition of VentPartner i Sverige AB. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 250 million with offices in Linköping, Norrköping, Katrineholm and Västerås. Its head office is situated in Örebro.
VentPartner has around 100 employees working with complete ventilation solutions and service.
“Many of our subsidiaries have already been engaged in close collaboration with VentPartner for quite some time. Now, as part of the same Group, we will become a multidisciplinary supplier in the counties of Mälardalen, Östergötland and Örebro. VentPartner is the first very large ventilation company to join the Group and we’re quite excited about it” says Klas Larsson, Business Area Manager for Instalco West.
VentPartner is specialized in indoor climate and the services it offers include solutions for energy efficiency, cooling & heating, ventilation, control & regulation technology, service, and ventilation control. Its customers are primarily property owners, construction firms and industrial companies. VentPartner’s largest customers are NCC and Peab. Typical assignments are carried out at offices, hospitals, public swimming pools, schools, and similar facilities.
The company was founded in 2010 and its majority owner is Ulf Berquist, who will remain in his current role working with business development and as CEO.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in VentPartner i Sverige AB including its subsidiaries, as 1 July 2020.
