Instalco broadens industrial offering in Finland
Instalco acquires Sähkö-Äijät Teollisuus Oy and strengthens its industrial offering towards customers in Finland. The company, domiciled in the Jämsö-region in central Finland has sales of around EUR 2.1 million and 24 employees.
Sähkö-Äijät Teollisuus Oy (SÄT), founded in 2012, is an electrical entrepreneur specialized in industrial electrical and automation services. The company’s customers consist to a large part of industrial players and companies within the energy sector.

The company has showcased mature leadership, a willingness to collaborate and strong development within an niche of the Finnish market where continued investments are expected going forward. SÄT has a strong market position and mostly carry out smaller projects, as well as hourly service jobs with a high margin.

Instalco acquires 100 percent of the shares in Sähkö-Äijät Teollisuus Oy as of 16 November.
