Instalco expands in Östergötland

Instalco strengthens its electricity operations in the Östergötland region, through the acquisition of APC Elinstallatören, based in the city of Linköping. The company primarily offers services within electrical installations, service and maintenance.

By acquiring APC, Instalco strengthens its position in Östergötland, where the group’s subsidiary Vallacom already has a presence.

APC has been active since 1993 and has 26 employees. Apart from its offering in electrical installations, service and maintenance, the company also provides project planning in power and lighting, telecom and data networks as well as automated systems. For the 2016/17 financial year, net sales amounted to approximately SEK 48 million.

“With APC, we strengthen our presence in the expansive region of Östergötland, including the important cities of Linköping and Norrköping. APC has a strong position in the region and is a company with good profitability, which will be a great complement to Vallacom”, says Klas Larsson, Business Area Manager West at Instalco.

Region Östergötland, IKEA, the National Property Board of Sweden, Specialfastigheter and Stanley Security are some of APC’s customers.

The company is owned by three employees who will remain in their current roles.
