Instalco is acquiring Klimateknikk Oslo AS and thereby growing its ventilation business in Norway. For the 2020 financial year, sales were approximately SEK 40 million.

Klimateknikk offers cooling, ventilation and automation solutions to property owners and construction companies in the Oslo area. It offers its customers energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, specialising in the design and installation of ventilation and climate solutions.

“The acquisition of Klimateknikk is a strategic move for us in that it complements our already strong offering for electrical and heating & plumbing installations in Oslo. Klimateknikk currently collaborates with several of our Instalco companies, and we are looking forward to adding their expertise to the Group,” says Roger Aksnes, Businss Area Manager for Instalco Norway.

Klimateknikk was established in 2004 and it works with both new construction and renovation projects.

“Joining Instalco will enable us to take the next steps with our company. We will gain new colleagues and can work as a team to help develop the business for all of Instalco Norway,” says Kjetil Bjerkland, CEO at Klimateknikk.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Klimateknikk Oslo AS as of 2 July 2021.
