Instalco now represented in Växjö
Instalco has now been established in Växjö via its acquisition of Elinstallationer Ullsand Bengtsson AB (ELUB). It gives Instalco the ability to serve Kronoberg County, where the Group has not previously been represented.
ELUB provides electrical installations for high-voltage current, telecommunications, TV and computer networks. The company has 30 employees and during the 2018/2019 financial year, its sales were approximately SEK 69 million.
“With the acquisition of ELUB, we enter an entirely new market in Småland and Kronoberg County, where we haven’t previously been represented. ELUB is a stable, mature company and we are now widening the scope of our operations and offering in southern Sweden,” says Patrik Persson, Business Area Manager for Instalco South.
ELUB was set up in 2001 and it has a large percentage of repeat customers. Its customers are both in the private and public sectors, including construction companies, property owners and municipalities. The company is run by Stefan Ullsand, Bengt Löfqvist and Emil Björling.
“After almost twenty years in business, we felt it was time to take the next steps with ELUB. Becoming a part of the Instalco Group will open up new opportunities for the company and its employees. Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Elinstallationer Ullsand Bengtsson AB as of 16 January 2020.
