Instalco’s subsidiary, Elektro-Centralen, acquires Häggstrands El

Instalco’s subsidiary, Elektro-Centralen strengthens its operations in the Gothenburg region with the acquisition of Häggstrands Elinstallationer.

Häggstrands has 13 employees and is based in Partille outside Gothenburg. Its areas of operations include installations and service of burglar alarms, access systems and CCTV systems. For the 2017 business year, Häggstrands reported sales of approximately SEK 10 million.

“Häggstrand’s know-how and offering provide a perfect fit with Elektro-Centralen’s operations. Together we are further strengthening our position in the Gothenburg region”, says Morgan Linde, CEO at Elektro-Centralen.

In addition to strong local customer relations, Häggstrands also works with a number of customers on national level.

“To become part of Elektro-Centralen and Instalco is a natural and right next step for us. It provides us with further opportunities to grow and will also strengthen the expertise of our employees”, says Claes Mattiasson, CEO, Häggstrands.

Elektro-Centralen acquires 100 percent of the shares in Häggstrands Elinstallationer AB with completion today 30 November.
