Mölndal, Sweden, September 8, 2022 – Integrum (publ) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: INTEG B) today announced that the company’s CEO Rickard Brånemark will hold a presentation outlining the therapeutic potential of orthopaedic osseointegration, at the 21st General Meeting of the International Society of Limb Salvage, ISOLS, in Los Angeles, US.

The meeting is taking place between 6-9 September at UCLA Luskin Conference Center and Rickard Brånemarks lecture headline is Orthopaedic osseointegration. History, present status and future option. The lecture will be held on Thursday from 11:30-12:30 (PST). Integrum is also attending the conference with a booth to welcome healthcare professionals and other interested visitors.

“The ISOLS meeting serves as a forum for physicians, engineers and scientists to promote research, education and clinical practice with purpose to improve patient care related to limb salvage interventions. This is a great opportunity to meet the leading individuals in the field of osseointegration, as well as health care professionals in general, in order to exchange knowledge and spread the word about our innovative and unique implant systems,” comments Professor Rickard Brånemark.

Integrum’s OPRATM Implant System is a bone-anchored system based on osseointegration. As the prostheses are directly attached to the bone, the use of a socket is avoided, leading to fewer complications and better quality of life for the patient.
