Head of pioneering Canadian tech company honoured by CEOs for leadership, growth
Intelex CEO recieves leadership awards from network of Ontario CEOs
TORONTO – Intelex Technologies, a rising star of Canada’s tech sector, is thrilled to announce company President and CEO Mark Jaine has been honoured with a unique leadership award from a respected network of peers.
AceTech Ontario, an organization that provides education, networking, and performance programs to more than 50 CEOs, presented Jaine and three other CEOs with awards for success, innovation and leadership at its 2011 Annual Retreat.
Jaine was singled-out for leading an aggressive and highly successful marketing program that has generated significant growth for Intelex in recent years. Intelex, a developer of EHS and quality management software, is one of a handful of Canadian businesses included in Deloitte’s prestigious annual ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America in 2009 and 2010.
“It is truly humbling to receive this unique award from a network of peers that I both respect and admire,” Jaine says. “I have learned so much through my participation with AceTech Ontario over the years, so it is a great honour to be recognized in this way.”
Composed exclusively of CEOs of technology companies, AceTech Ontario’s mission is to build an environment that promotes continuous improvement across all business activities. AceTech’s 2011 Annual Retreat, held in the beautiful Blue Mountains north of Toronto, was a two-day event featuring talks on strategy, sales, growth and more. AceTech members were divided into four roundtables, each of which elected a recipient for the four leadership awards.
