Intentia Acts on Approval Stockholm, Sweden-Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE:INT B) announces that with support of the approval of the shareholders' general meeting, it has issued 500,000 new shares, increasing the company's capital stock by SEK 5 million. The purpose of the new issue is to finance the final payment related to the acquisition of the remaining 49% of Intentia Switzerland, as well as the previously announced acquisition of the company, software and inventory from a bankruptcy estate in Denmark.
