Intentia convertible notes issue subscribed in full On June 29, 1999, the Company's Board of Directors resolved to proceed with an offering of subordinated convertible notes. Yesterday, on July 8, the issue was fully subscribed by EUR 100 million, equal to SEK 872 million. The conversion premium was set to 24% and the annual coupon to 5%. A prospectus has been published.
