Intentia International AB decides on new share issue Stockholm, Sweden-Intentia International AB (publ). (XSSE: INT B) announces that the extra shareholders meeting approved the decision that the Intentia Board of Directors announced on February 5, 2001 to issue new shares. The rights issue will include a maximum of 364,440 Series A shares and a maximum of 4,497,760 Series B shares, for a total increase of maximum SEK 48,622,000 in share capital. The rights issue gives preference to existing shareholders. The subscription price was set at SEK 82 per share. Trading with subscription rights will take place during the period of March 5-23, 2001 inclusive. D. Carnegie AB has been appointed as advisors to Intentia.
