Intentia International announces change of management for North American operations. Intentia International AB announces the appointment of Mike Nutter as President and CEO Intentia North American operations, following the resig- nation of Ed Koepfler. Mr. Koepfler commented on his resignation "I have spent the majority of my professional life in the computer and software industry building solid experience, and now is the perfect time for me to pursue a long lasting ambition to capitalize on this, in the Venture Capital world. I look for- ward to take part of the new challenges in the new economy". Mr. Nutter currently holds the position of Vice President Global Accounts. Prior to that he was Managing Director for Intentia UK from 1990 to 1998 during which time the UK operation experienced a 1,100% increase in reve- nues.
