Intentia's quarterly report January-March 2000 "The demand for enterprise applications systems is successively returning to a slow level of growth. Today, the market understands that standardized enterprise applications are key to successful e-business solutions and maintaining a competitive edge in the new economy," states Björn Algkvist, President and CEO of Intentia International AB. Algkvist continues, "We have been very successful in selling and implementing our e-business solutions and we continuously expand our product offering. Right now, Intentia receives approximately two new contacts every week. The market for business-to-business related projects is growing especially rapidly. Intentia is in a very good position to assume a substantial portion of this market. Today, we can offer current and prospective customers in the forty markets we serve our entire selection of e-business applications, solutions and consultancy services." In regard to license revenue, Intentia International reports a definite turn upward during the first quarter of 2000. From January to March 2000, license revenues increased to SEK 245 million (184), up by 33 percent. At the same time, sales revenue increased by 19 percent, to SEK 829 million (687). Operating losses were SEK -89 million (-65).
