Singaporean Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council invest in Movex to build a solid future Bishan-Toa Payoh, one of the largest Town Councils in Singapore, has signed a USD 900 000 agreement with Intentia for the implementation of the Movex ERP system. An estate management body, the Town Council is tasked to carry out improvement works for the estate including the upgrading of houses and modernization of the town center. Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council sought an ERP system for a number of reasons, one of which was the Year 2000 driver. According to Dr Ho Tat Hin, Chairman of Town Council, "We wanted a fully-integrated system with the best fit to the unique business requirements of Town Council. Movex was selected for its flexibility, ease of use, after sales support and implementation strategy."
