The Saunier Duval Group Signs Contract to Implement Movex from Intentia Stockholm, Sweden and Paris, France -Intentia International AB (publ). (XSSE; INT B) and Saunier Duval, French leader in heating and sanitary appliances, have signed a contract to implement the Movex e-collaboration solution from Intentia. The project includes the integration of Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Financial Management and Production Management for Saunier's operations in France. At an International level, Movex has also been chosen for The Saunier Duval Group as a whole as well as for other companies in the Hepworth Heating Group. Replacement of Saunier's existing systems has already begun and the project is planned to run over a three-year period. After reviewing other major international vendors (JDE, SAP and MFG Pro), Sauniers decided on Movex. The decision criteria included finding a homogeneous, integrated, multi-site and multi-company solution that can support the industrial rationalization strategy developed by the Group for its production units in Europe. In the first phase, Movex is being implemented in France, the UK and the Netherlands. Movex will then be implemented in the Group's other subsidiaries, for a total of 500 users.
