ADDED FLEXIBILITY FOR SERVISAIR EXECUTIVE LOUNGE CUSTOMERS DISRUPTED BY VOLCANO CANCELLATIONS
Executive airport lounge operator Servisair has announced that it is offering added flexibility to lounge bookings made via executivelounges.com for flights which were cancelled due to the volcanic ash clouds. Passengers who could not use their booking, resulting from the volcano disruption, can now transfer it to an alternative date within 12 months of their original booking, at no additional cost. Julie Renshaw, General Manager of Servisair Lounges, said: “As part of our commitment to customer care and providing a flexible service we are happy to offer our customers the option of a free date transfer. “This is a very difficult time for both business and leisure passengers so Servisair is working hard to make things a little bit easier with respect to their travel arrangements.” Passengers with a Servisair Executive Lounge booking should email lounges@servisair.com with their booking reference within 14 days of the original booked travel date to transfer their booking to a later date. This only applies to bookings made via the executivelounges.com website and does not include Annual Pass memberships. For bookings made through a travel agent or other website, please contact them direct. For more information, please visit our website www.executivelounges.com.
