New test indicate mainly oil in the weathered crust

In addition to the test results of gas and condensate that were published 2015-06-08, the Company has done more tests, both of the pebbles that constitute large parts of the weathered crust and of a darker fluid, expected to contain oil.The attached pictures show the pebbles and also the pure condensate compared with the darker fluid. The presence of pebbles is of significant importance, as it gives close to an absolute permeability. We find the recent news about the quality level of Interfox’s main asset license 71-1 as highly important. Recent studies show that the reservoir has absolute permeability with high quality hydrocarbons present, thus we see a likely premium valuation of the asset. Interfox currently has 38 mmboe of C1+C2 reserves under registration; this registration makes the valuation of the company less uncertain as a range of values for these reserves can be assessed. Analysis shows gas and condensate of the highest quality

The Company has had samples of both gas and condensate from well #4 taken for analysis earlier during the spring. The results from these analyses have now been delivered to the Company from the geochemical institute OAO TomskNIPIneft. The results show that 71-1 contains both gas and condensate of the highest commercial quality.The gas consist of 89.22% methane. This is a very good result and the gas corresponds well to the gas Russia exports to both the EU and to Asia. The Company applies for classification of C1 and C2 reserves

Interfox Resources' Russian project company, BNG, applies for registration of 38 million barrels (5 million tons) of oil equivalents category C1 & C2.Mainly due to the very good results received from the so called weathered crust (as earlier announced), BNG has already now the opportunity to apply for registration of reserves under category C1 & C2.
