Arizona Adoption Agency approved by Mexico

Tucson, AZ,  Aug. 4, 2011--International Child Foundation became one of two U.S. adoption agencies awarded approval to provide adoption services in Mexico by Mexico’s National DIF (Office of Protection for Children and Families). The U.S. Dept of State published an announcement August 2 on their website, DOS announcement  Jackie Semar, Executive Director of International Child Foundation, says they are honored to have been chosen by Mexico as a
