Arizona Adoption Agency Succeeds at Mexico Adoption
Tuscon, AZ, November 15, 2011--International Child Foundation, one of only three U.S. adoption agencies approved to provide services in Mexico, celebrated the completion of two adoptions from Sonora, Mexico.
