World’s leading Governance Body Convenes Global Investors to Discuss Revisions to Japan Corporate Governance Code

世界をリードするガバナンス機関がグローバル投資家を招集し、日本のコーポレートガバ ナンス・コードの改訂について話し合うThe International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN),  with investor Members responsible for assets of $59 trillion, will convene its members alongside Japan’s regulators and corporate community to discuss recent changes to the Japan Corporate Governance Code. The meeting hosted by the Japan Exchange Group and Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) is endorsed by the Financial Services Agency (FSA), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Justice and Keidanren.
