(Stockholm, 2 March 2016) Reference is made to Mobylife Holding A/S's senior secured notes with ISIN SE0005936382.Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB, acting in its capacity as agent for the noteholders under the terms and conditions of the notes, hereby wish to inform the noteholders that it has come to the agent’s attention that Mobylife Holding A/S has not taken the STIBOR-floor into consideration when making interest payments in respect of the notes.
