Reduction of share capital registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Stockholm, July 31, 2024 - Intervacc AB (publ) announces that the reduction of share capital and nominal value, decided by the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2024, has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office. After registration, the nominal value is 0.20 SEK per share and the share capital amounts to 15,147,252.80 SEK after the reduction. The number of shares remains unchanged at 75,736,264.
