Extraordinary General Meeting of Intrum Justitia Intrum Justitia AB's Extraordinary General Meeting was held on 17 August 2004 in Nacka, Sweden with around 20 people in attendance. Election of Member of the Board and Deputy Member of the Board The Extraordinary General Meeting approved the proposal by owners representing approximately 56 percent of share capital and votes to extend the Board of Intrum Justitia to be nine members and one deputy member. The Meeting also decided in accordance with the proposal from the same owners to elect Lars Förberg as a Member of the Board and to elect former Member of the Board Dennis Punches as a Deputy Member. The Board of Intrum Justitia AB now consists of Bo Ingemarson (chairman), Björn Fröling (deputy chairman), Lars Förberg, Gerard De Geer, Reinhold Geijer, Bo Göransson, Maria Lilja, Jim Richards and Christian Salamon and Dennis Punches (deputy member), all for the period ending at the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. Lars Förberg, age 38, is Managing Director and co-owner of Amaranth Capital. He was previously Chief Investment Officer at Custos and has worked for Nordic Capital. Förberg holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. The Annual General Meeting of Intrum Justitia was held on 5 May 2004.
